I envision the process of language learning to be similar to the process of growing a tree; you need patience and take care of the plant on a regular basis to get a result that normally can not be pushed ahead of time...But you can always add-in some fertilizers (which are in my case a certain set of technics) to get improved results in terms of time and quality.

The focus of those classes was teaching the basics of grammar and communication. I have been an English tutor for the ages of 25 and older. Our goal was advancing their vocabulary and being able to have conversations about a very varied number of topics. Usually we focused in teaching medical terms.
