In der Schule war ich selbst eine sehr schlechte Schülerin, denn ich habe nicht verstanden, wofür ich all das lernen soll. My teaching style is very open minded and flexible. During the intro I find out what the students require and how committed they are to their goals. I adapt my style to theirs: with some students I will be more laid back and with the more ambitious and focused ones (my favorites) I will more actively plan ahead.
