In generale, sono una persona molto precisa e mi impegno molto in ciò che faccio, insegnamento compreso. Mi piace scegliere accuratamente i materiali di studio: la mia priorità è rendere la lezione interessante, ricca, ma anche piacevole, in modo da rendere l'apprendimento il più appassionante possibile. L'atmosfera con me è distesa, informale, ma concentrata e precisa; sono molto paziente, quindi non ti preoccupare se farai qualche errore: solo gli errori ci permettono di migliorare!

Mi piace parlare della vita di ogni giorno; è un ottimo spunto per agganciarsi ad altri argomenti. Credo che destreggiarsi nella conversazione sia lo scopo di quasi tutti quelli che desiderano imparare una lingua straniera. Leggere ad alta voce aiuta molto a migliorare la pronuncia e a me piace molto ascoltare.

I feel like I'm more of a friendly face correcting your errors and pushing you to practice and talk. I think a lot can be done alone with books but what makes talking to a native special is that one goes beyond the (often boring) book and is able to interact and have an exchange with the person. I studied languages in school and for a year in university. I know Italian grammar well and I love grammar in general. I translated for years and got to realise how hard it can be to use the language but also how beautiful Italian is. I do not teach children or complete beginners. I don't have the expertise and don't want to ruin the experience for them!

Mi è sempre piaciuto trasmettere le conoscenze linguistiche in modo comprensibile, arricchendole con esempi e connessioni o con brevi incursioni anche su altri argomenti purché siano funzionali alla nozione. Lascio parlare l'interlocutore cercando di non interromperlo e aiutandolo solo quando necessario, raccogliendo annotazioni sulle eventuali correzioni da comunicare con calma alla fine della conversazione o della frase.
