I’m an Italian certified teacher (CEDILS) for foreigners and I also work in journalism. I’ve lived abroad (Europe, Canada, Middle East), so I understand the challenges of learning a language. My lessons are flexible and tailored to your goals. My goal is to help you speak with confidence. The first lesson is for me to know your aims, and to decide together how to achieve them. I work by planning an individual learning program on grammar, pronunciation, writing, listening, conversation. I think homework assignments could help the learning process, but my first goal for you is helping you in overcoming the fear of talking in a foreign language, which I experienced myself. I can offer casual conversations in Italian, as well as teaching about grammar and syntax, writing in both formal and informal style. I really enjoy using newspapers as a teaching material, since they offer the opportunity to dig a bit the Italian culture either.
