I love traveling and meeting new people, trying new things and learning about different cultures. I always wanted to see the world for as long as I can remember. That was my motivation to learn English. Not to study it, but to USE it. So even though I didn’t get to study English or travel outside of Japan as a child, I loved watching movies and TV shows in English and dreamed of adventuring around the world on my own, using English to make it possible. Now I am a teacher here on italki and also a digital nomad for the past few years.
