I love my language and teaching it, and I hope to help my students find the joy of learning and speaking a new language. What I like is music, underground culture, onsen, education, psychology and meditation and my dog. I enjoy also Japanese Hip hop. The lyrics are wonderful combinations of well-thought Japanese and I like their word play. I also like to travel and have been to the U.S., Uganda, Ethiopia, Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, India, Vietnam, Indonesia, Hong Kong. I had lived in Thailand for 4 years and I like spicy food.

Be more confident in speaking than you are now! I have experience in teaching languages to a wide variety of people. I can therefore advise on how to motivate learners and their individual goals. I like new cultures and games, so I could also teach new words such as Japanese internet slang. I also have experience teaching English at an English school in Japan for beginners. I continue to learn English. Language is a living thing and constantly evolves. I believe learning a language never ends apart from the goals that you set for yourself. And as a learner, I understand how my students feel. As a native Japanese speaker, I would like to help Japanese language learners as much as possible.

I can offer fun lessons.

One of the most experienced teachers on italki. 15 years of teaching experience. Available everyday. We can make our lessons in both English and Japanese, depending on your level. I use Genki 1 for Beginners course, Genki 2 for Intermediate 1 course, An Integrated Approach to Intermediate Japanese and Tobira for Intermediate 2 course. For advanced students, the lesson material can be arranged as you please, such as news articles and books. For Beginners to Intermediate 2 course, we will mainly use textbook as well as worksheets and PowerPoint Presentation during the class. At the end of each lesson, I give some homework mainly from the workbook. I sometimes send a worksheet for homework, too. You can complete your homework in your own time and we will check answers in the following lesson.

First, I taught Japanese in Egypt at two universities and the Japanese Cultural Center(Japan Foundation Cairo office). Now I am teaching Japanese for students who want to proceed to the next level of education in Tokyo.
