Certified Japanese teacher who loves dancing and ukulele. 2017年（ねん）から、国際交流協会（こくさいこうりゅうきょうかい）でボランティアの日本語（にほんご）の先生（せんせい）をしています。 I have been teaching Japanese since 2017 as a volunteer at an international association. 私（わたし）は勉強（べんきょう）を始（はじ）め、2020年（ねん）に検定試験（けんていしけん）に合格（ごうかく）し、本格的（ほんかくてき）な日本語教師（にほんごきょうし）になりました。 I started studying and passed the exam in 2020 and became a qualified Japanese teacher. 2024年（ねん）から日本語学校（にほんごがっこう）でも教（おし）えています。 Since 2024, I have also been teaching Japanese at a Japanese language school. 私（わたし）と一緒（いっしょ）に楽（たの）しく日本語（にほんご）を勉強（べんきょう）しましょう。 Let's enjoy studying Japanese with me!

I am a very friendly and patient teacher. I’ve been a language teacher for more than 20 years and I love it! I taught students from one-year-old kids to adults in person. For online lessons, I usually teach students from eight-year-old to adults. There's nothing like seeing my students getting excited about learning Japanese in my class. It gives me such a sense of accomplishment. My motto for learning Japanese is to make mistakes without worrying too much and to speak a lot in Japanese. Have fun with it :)

I have been teaching Japanese for the past 4 years, and have helped my students at all levels - basic to advanced. My classes are usually conversation-based and customised to my students' language needs, whether it be grammar, idioms, vocabulary, or pronunciation. If you have something specific you need to prepare for, such as an upcoming interview, presentation or JLPT exams, I can definitely help you with that! I am also happy to answer any questions you have about material you are learning in other Japanese classes or by yourself, and help with document editing/proofreading. I want my classes to be relaxed, casual and hopefully have a bit of fun conversation! (Sorry, no child students)
