JC - TESOL Certified with 7+ Years of Experience I have worked in high pressure environments such as company meeting halls with large groups of people but I prefer to teach in private. I think 1-on-1 lessons are far more beneficial than other types of lessons. Other lessons may indeed be more fun but you will likely learn less, so, at the end of the day it's a waste of time and money. That's my professional opinion. After teaching for 7-8 years now, there were many demonstrable success stories with students regularly passing various language tests such as EIKEN in Japan or TRKI in Russia.

Russian is my 3rd strongest language, and although I have no certificates confirming that, I can teach you that language up to a pretty high level, as you can see from my intro video. Besides that, I am also very interested and knowledgeable in the field of linguistics and I can help you with pronunciation and accents on a semi-professional level by applying things like the IPA, speech training and logopedic practices. Having said that, I do not specialize in teaching children and I very much recommend looking for a teacher that is experienced in that field.
