I really take teaching seriously with passion and confidence. I value feedback from my students and even colleagues to improve my teaching practices. I landed my first job as an ESL Teacher last year wherein I taught English language to foreign students like Japanese and Thai. As of now, I am doing a private tutoring to my two (Japanese) students. I always asked my students a feedback right after our lesson so that I know what and which area I should improve.

I will ask first the goal/s of my students and come up with a proposed plan on how to reach that goal. I am very particular in pronunciation and intonation so I always try to make sure that native speakers of Tagalog can understand whatever my students are saying in our mother tongue. I can explain grammar patterns and expressions well both in English and Korean :)
