I do not have any teaching materials (workbooks or exercise books). Any readings we do in class, the student should find for themselves. But working with me (a native speaker) will help you improve your speaking, writing and reading skills in an informal and casual way!

I am trilingual in English, Spanish and Catalan. I believe that practicing through conversation is the most effective way to learn a language because it allows you to interiorize the concepts better. For instance, it is always better to run than to think about running. We will practice by listening, learning new vocabulary, speaking, making mistakes, and having fun. We will focus on what you specifically need, so you can get the best out of each class. The learning environment will be relaxed, friendly, and comfortable, so you won't feel any pressure while practicing. I am really enthusiastic and I will make sure that If you ever get frustrated, you will regain motivation for the language.

Recent TEFL graduate who also speaks Spanish and Catalan I did some volunteering for a couple of months helping immigrants learn English, but this would be my first time teaching English online and I am looking forward to this challenge. Also, I have a degree with the Open University that I took while I was living in Belfast, where I stayed for 4 years. Even though I do not have that much experience teaching, I have had to train people in other areas in other jobs that I have had, which I hope helps me to teach in this platform.

My experience learning languages has been learning a grammar and vocabulary base and then just practice speaking and after writing with native speakers as much as I could. So I try to give you a solid base and grammar logic if you are a beginner and then give you confident for speaking. I can teach Spanish or Catalan from beginner to advanced level. I like to know what are your interesses and where you will use the language (job/friends/study...), then I will adapt my class to your needs and speak to you with proximity. I can introduce you too to formal talk for working or universitary specific vocabulary.

Certified teacher with more than 5 years experience. I got a certification in Education (C.A.P) specialised in teaching languages, at the Autonomous University of Barcelona in 2007. I also got a certification in Teaching Spanish as a foreign language at Cálamo & Cran, Barcelona. My experience in teaching in France, Spain and Ireland has allowed me to improve my language skills, as well as to increase my ability to adapt to new cultures and environments. I have been teaching at High Schools in France, as a language instructor for companies in Barcelona and Paris, and in private lessons during my years in these countries. I love helping and motivating students improve their language skills, which makes them return to me for more lessons.

Catalan is my native language, but beyond speaking it, I understand its grammar deeply.
