Foods for breakfast are diverse in my country. There are very different in form, but something in common in term of culture. As a country has 1.4 billion population, 9.6 million square lilometres, products in different areas are totally different. For example, when people who live in Hongkong eat rice with seafood for breakfast, people live in Xinjiang eat fresh boiled lamb soup in ther morning. Both of the two kinds of breakfast are great, because the ways of cooking them are similar. In our culture, we seldom eat cool food as breakfast. Boiling, steaming ,frying, deep frying and grilling are the common ways of cooking food anywhere in my country. Especially drinking a cup of hot water from spring to winter. We once tended to use local products to make three meals every day, but everything changed since food delivery got smiple. People in Xinjiang can also eat fresh seafood which comes from the ocean 5000 kilometers away, meanwhile people live nearby the ocean grill fresh and tasty lamb from Xinjiang,too. Besides traditional foods, milk with bread is also an popular choice for breakfast for Chinese people, but don't forget to heat up the milk!
