How to sell yourself well in a job interview?

Jag har fem visdomstips som kommer att hjälpa dig ifall du känner dig låg på energi och vill förändras. Jag har under mitt liv ändrat alla dessa fem punkter vilket har gett mig mer energi och mår mycket bättre nu än jag gjort innan i mitt liv när jag inte hade ändrat dessa vanor.

غَالِبًا السوشال ميديا تِعْرِض أَشْيَاء مْفَلْتَرَة مِن الحَيَاة, لأنو الناس يشَارْكُوا الأَحْدَاث المُهِمَّة بَس.
وهَذا الشِي يِعْكِس صُورَة مِثَالِيَّة لحَيَاة بَعْض النَاس اللي هي عَكْس الصُورَة الحَقِيقِيَة.
بَس كَمَان هَذا الشَي يِسَبِّب ضَغْط عَالِي على هَذُول الأَشْخَاص لأنو لازم يِظْهَرُوا دَائِمًا بِصُورَة مِثَالِيَّة.
بِالمُقَابِل, الأَشْخَاص الآخَرِين يقَارْنُوا حَيَاتْهُم مَع حَيَاة هَذُول الأَشْخَاص. 
بَس لِلْأَسَف هذه المُقَارَنِة ممكن تْأَدِّي للشُعُور بِالإِكْتِئَاب.
لازم نِتْذَكَّر دَائِمًا إِنُّو الأشياء اللي قَاعْدِين نْشُوفْهَا على السوشال ميديا ما بِتْكُون الصُورَة الكَامْلِة, وكُل إِنْسَان عِنْدُه مَشَاكِل بِالحَيَاة والحَيَاة المَثَالِيَّة مَا مَوجُودِة!

Mostly social media shows filtered things from life, because people share only the important events.
And this reflects a perfect image of the life of some people which is the opposite of the real image.
But also this thing causes high pressure on these people because they always have to appear in a perfect image.
In contrast, the other people who compare their life with the life of those people.
But unfortunately, this comparison can lead to the feeling of depression.
We should always remember that the things that we are seeing on social media are not the full picture, and every human has problems in life, and the perfect life does not exist.

欧盟European Union13日召开能源部长会议，虽然“会议超时数小时”，但是各成员国the member states未能就天然气限价方案达成共识。
欧盟成员国此前一直在设置天然气价格上限方面存在分歧。德国、奥地利和荷兰等国对相关方案有异议，认为限价price caps会导致欧洲急需much-needed的天然气向其他市场转移divert to，扰乱能源市场的运作。但希腊、比利时、意大利和波兰等国提出相反的意见，要求设定价格上限，以保护其经济免受高能源价格的影响。
