みんな元気？
今日は少しもう時間たっちゃったけど、大晦日について少し話したいと思います。
みんなは大晦日何した？
多分出身の地域とか今住んでる場所とか家族によっても全然違うと思うけど、果たしてみんなはどのように大晦日を過ごしましたか？
あっ、もしかしたらこれを聞いてくれてる人の中に『大晦日』ってなんぞや？って思ってる人もいるかもしれないから、説明するね！
大晦日は12月31日のことで、英語だとNew Year’s Eve ですね。
日本人にとっては一年で最も大切な日の一つで、まぁ人にもよるけど、結構みんな伝統的なことをして家族と過ごすことが多いですねぇ。
んで、大晦日にする伝統的なこととはなんぞや？というと、例えば『年越しそば』っていう大晦日限定で食べる蕎麦を食べたり、『紅白歌合戦』って言う日本の大晦日に毎年テレビで流れてる70年以上続いてる番組を見る人も多いし、これは結構色んな国の人がやってると思うけど、いろんな人と集まってテレビを見たりお酒を飲んだりしながらカウントダウンをしてる人たちもいます！
俺は行ったことないんだけど、カウントダウンに合わせて花火が打ち上がる結構大きな花火大会をやっているところもあるみたいですね。
そうそう、日本の大晦日はだいたいみんなこんな感じで時間を過ごすんだけど、俺はどうやって去年の大晦日を過ごしたかって言う話だよね。
実は俺去年の大晦日ははスウェーデンから追い出されて間もなかったから『あぁ、早く嫁と猫たちにあいてぇぇ』って思ってて精神的にかなり落ち込んでた時期だったんだけど、そんな時に日本の友達が集まって一緒に集まって筋トレしてくれて、彼らに筋肉をバチバチに壊されたから、肉体的にはかなりキツかったけど、精神的にはかなり気持ちよくなってたんだよね。
んで、少し気分が楽になった後は、お世話になってるおばあちゃんちに帰ったんだけど、おばあちゃんが年越しそばを作って待っててくれて、そのあったかくて信じられないくらい美味しいお蕎麦を食べて余計に元気になりました。おばあちゃん、ありがとう、マジで感謝してます。
んで、そばを食べた後はね、俺もカウントダウンまで起きてよっかなって思ってたんだけど、おばあちゃんの美味しいあったかいそばのせいでめっっっちゃ眠くなってきちゃったから、日本人にとってはかなり大事な日であるはずなのに、俺は普通の日となにも変わらずに10時頃にぐっすり寝ました。
もうおっさんだよね完全に。
全然起きてられないんだもん。
悔しいけど俺の大晦日はこんな感じだったな。
みんなはニューイヤーズ・イブ、a.k.a大晦日は何してた？

The effectiveness of this technique hinges on selecting appropriate trigger habits – frequent, consistent actions with minimal cognitive load. Additionally, target habits should be small, achievable actions to ensure successful integration and minimize disruption to existing workflows. Through repetition and positive reinforcement, habit stacking strengthens the association between the trigger and target behavior, ultimately leading to the desired routine becoming an automatic part of the workday.
