In this episode, I'll share my personal journey of learning French — a process that started when I was 12 and is still ongoing, even after 10 years of living in France! 🇫🇷

From struggling with nasal sounds 😵‍💫 to studying law in French and teaching it today, I open up about the real challenges and victories of learning a foreign language as a non-native speaker.

Whether you’re just starting with French, already fluent, or learning a completely different language, I hope this episode gives you a little motivation and maybe a laugh or two !

Dans cet épisode, je partage mon parcours personnel dans l’apprentissage du français — une aventure qui a commencé quand j'avais 12 ans et qui continue encore aujourd’hui, même après 10 ans passés en France ! 🇫🇷

En este podcast hablo sobre la fiesta del Día de las Brujas, las costumbres de esta celebración en Colombia y como comencé a celebrarla cuando me mudé a Italia. Vocabulario del Día de las Brujas. Tiempo verbal: presente, pasado: pretérito indefinido, imperfecto y perfecto. Uso de perífrasis verbales.

Ի՞նչ է Վեբլենի էֆեկտը և ի՞նչ կապ ունի թվալու հետ: 
Կարծում եմ, մենք բոլորս ճանաչում ենք այնպիսի մարդկանց, ովքեր սիրում են ունենալ թանկարժեք իրեր, օրինակ՝ թանկարժեք հեռախոս կամ պայուսակ: Եվ մենք գիտենք, որ այդ մարդիկ այդ թանկարժեք հեռախոսը ձեռք են բերել  /գնել են/ պարտքով, բայց իրենց համար շատ կարևոր է այդ հեռախոսն ունենալը, որովհետև այդ հեռախոսը թանկ է: Սա Վեբլենի էֆեկտն է: 
Այսինքն Վեբլենի էֆեկտը այն երևույթն է, երբ մարդիկ ավելի շատ են ուզում գնել ինչ–որ ապրանք՝ հենց այն պատճառով, որ այն թանկ է։
Սա այդքան էլ օրինաչափ չէ, քանի որ ապրանքի գնի բարձրացումը պետք  է պատճառ դառնա, որ գնորդները քչանան, բայց տեղի է ունենում հակառակը՝ գնորդները շատանում են: 
Բայց ինչո՞ւ են մարդիկ գնում թանկ ապրանքներ: 
Դա ցուցադրական սպառում է: Այսինքն թանկարժեք ապրանքի միջոցով մարդն ուզում է ցույց տալ իր կարողությունները, իր կարգավիճակը, իր հաջողությունը։ Դա նշանակում է, որ եթե ես գնում եմ թանկարժեք հեռախոս, քանի որ այդ հեռախոսը թանկ է, ուրեմն այդ հեռախոսը ավելի շատ ուրիշներին ցույց տալու համար է, քան թե ինձ համար: Այսինքն հեռախոսի միջոցով ես ուզում եմ ասել, որ ես հարուստ եմ, ես հաջողակ եմ: Ես ուզում եմ, որ իմ հեռախոսը պատմի իմ մասին, ցույց տա, թե ով եմ ես: Իսկ եթե ես ունեմ թանկարժեք հեռախոս, ուրեմն ես ինքս արժեքավոր /կարևոր/ եմ: 
Ծիծաղելի է, չէ՞: Հեռախոսն է որոշում, թե ով եմ ես: 
Հենց սա է Վեբլենի էֆեկտը, որն իր անվանումը ստացել է ամերիկացի տնտեսագետ Թորշթեյն Վեբլենի պատվին:
Պետք է նշել նաև մի կարևոր բան: Վեբլենի էֆեկտը գործում է միայն այն ապրանքների վրա, որոնք տեսանելի են ուրիշներին, քանի որ դրա իմաստը ցուցադրելն է /ուրիշներին ցույց տալը/։
Օրինակ՝ մարդը չի գնի թանկ ներքնազգեստ ուրիշներին ցույց տալու համար, բայց թանկ պայուսակ կգնի:
Իսկ դուք ունե՞ք թանկարժեք պայուսակ…
