3. 尽管哭吧 (jǐn guǎn kū ba) - This phrase means "go ahead and cry." It is a way to offer comfort and support to someone who is feeling upset or emotional.

Hello. This is my podcast episode 30. I didn't have time to upload it last week. I was a bit busy. Finally, it's the 30th episode.
