最近，白雪想换一个公寓，因为她现在住着的公寓离公司太远了，每天坐地铁 来回 花在路上的时间需要两个小时，特别不方便。

早上七点出门儿，她需要六点半起床，晚上六点半下班，她回到家都差不多八点了。
天天这样，她觉得很累，尤其是白天工作的时候，她也总是想睡觉。

她想租一个离公司近点儿的地方，那么她可以有更多自己的时间。于是，白雪这几天一直在网上找找看 公司附近有没有合适的公寓，如果找到了，她就马上搬家！

カメの　かめたろうが　うちに　きてから、もうすぐ　1ねんです。はじめは　げんきがなくて、うごかなくて、なにも　たべなかったけど、いまは　たかい　エサを　かったら、たべてたべて、また　たべます。くいしんぼうになりました。

　かめたろうは　ぜんぶ　くろいです。ブタみたいで　なんでも　たべたがります。ぼくが　うちに　かえってきたとき、かめたろうは　ねていても、いそいで　すいそうのところに　はしってきて、ちいさいめを　カパカパしながら、てを　ブンブンして　つめで　すいそうの　ガラスを　カチカチします。ごはんが　たべたいのかなぁ。ごはんはやく　ごはんはやくって　いっているみたいです。

　かめたろうを　みていると、おもしろくて　すきだなぁっておもいます。げんきになります。かめたろうは　ぼくの　ともだちです。

Japanese daily life podcast のAtsushiです。
このPodcastは、日本語を勉強しているみなさんに向けたPodcastです。


皆さんお元気でしょうか。
昨日のpodcastでは、今北海道は雪が多くて走るのが大変ですと言う話をしました。

それで走らなくても体を動かせる方法を1つ決めましたので、今日はその話をしようと思います。



今回は家にフィットネスバイクを置くことにしました。
ジムに行くと置いてますよね。

自転車をこぐような形で運動ができるものをフィットネスバイクとかエアロバイクとか言うんですけど、それを家に置くことにしました。

でもこれは買うのではなく、レンタルをすることにしました。もともとは買う予定で、30,000円位までのものだったらいいかなぁと思って探してたんですけど、まぁ良いのは見つけたんですが、まぁいつか使わなくなるかもしれないとか思うこともあります。それから、使いたいのは、この特に雪の時期に使いたいというのがあるので、夏もずっと使うかどうかはわからないですね。

そんな理由で、買うよりもレンタルしたほうがいいかなと言う考えになったので、いろいろ調べてみました。
結構高いものが多かったんですけど、今回はちょっと安めの月に2500円位で借りれるフィットネスバイクを選んでみました。これが家にあることで、雪が積もって外でランニングできないと言う時も自宅で心おきなく運動ができるはずです。多分できると思います。

昨日それをネットで申し込んだので、近々届くと思います。
また届いたら、使ってみた感想を話しますね。
