-Ayuda mucho a tu sistema inmunológico. Tu sistema inmune se defiende mejor cuando estas bien alimentado, por lo que una dieta saludable te  ayudará a combatir las enfermedades.
-Controla tu colesterol y tu glucosa.  Las dietas poco saludables suelen elevar tu colesterol y esto a futuro te puede ocasionar diabetes.
-Te ayuda a evitar problemas digestivos. La comida poco saludable puede ocasionar problemas en tu  digestión, por eso es recomendable introducir fibra en la dieta para digerir mejor los alimentos.
-Mejora tu estado de ánimo. Algunos nutrientes como el hierro, el ácido fólico o las vitaminas te ayudan  a mejorar tu  estado de ánimo y también a ver las cosas de una manera más positiva.
-Te ayuda a reducir el riesgo de enfermedades cardiovasculares. La ingesta excesiva de grasas puede producir enfermedades cardiovasculares, pero con  una dieta saludable en la que se controlen las grasas y se prioricen las frutas y las verduras, los riesgos serán más bajos.

- Helps your immune system a lot. Your immune system defends itself better when you are well nourished, so a healthy diet will help you fight disease.
Control your cholesterol and glucose. Unhealthy diets tend to raise your cholesterol and this can cause diabetes in the future.
- Helps you avoid digestive problems. Unhealthy food can cause problems in your digestion, so it is advisable to introduce fiber into the diet to better digest food.
-Improve your mood. Some nutrients such as iron, folic acid or vitamins help you to improve your mood and also to see things in a more positive way.
-Helps you reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. Excessive intake of fats can lead to cardiovascular disease, but with a healthy diet in which fats are controlled and fruits and vegetables are prioritized, the risks will be lower.

How you tell a story matters. The way you talk about why you lost your job can cost you a potential one. The way you explain the reason for layoffs can cause panic among employees and stakeholders. And the way journalists report the news can incite violence. Framing, including word choice, is one of the most important areas peace journalists discuss and develop. To find out what business professionals could learn from peace journalists about storytelling, I invited Steven Youngblood, Director of the Center for Global Peace Journalism at Park University, for a conversation on The Express to Impress Podcast. Here are some excerpts from our conversation; “The question should never be, do we withhold the information? The question should be, how do we convey the information?” “If you want to be an informed person in 2022, it is going to take an effort. So the first thing I tell my students is not to depend on social media for their news. 9_Mein Haus. Mein Auto. Mein Boot.

(A)  Eine Fernseh-Werbung aus den 90er Jahren wird in Deutschland auch heute noch oft zitiert: Zwei Männer, die sich aus ihrer Schulzeit kennen, treffen sich nach Jahren wieder und wollen demonstrieren, wie viel sie im Leben erreicht haben. Sie wollen einander IN DEN SCHATTEN STELLEN, indem sie abwechselnd Foto um Foto auf den Tisch legen mit den Worten: „Mein Haus. Mein Auto. Mein Boot.“ Wobei das Boot eine Yacht ist.

(B)  Tatsächlich war es damals ein Zeichen von Wohlstand, ein schönes Haus und ein tolles Auto zu besitzen. Heute trifft das nicht mehr hundertprozentig zu. Junge, hochqualifizierte und gut verdienende Leute ziehen es nicht selten vor, ein Haus oder eine Wohnung zu mieten. Zum einen verlangt ihr Beruf oft dass sie flexibel sind und jederzeit umziehen können, zum anderen ist Wohneigentum in deutschen Großstädten fast UNERSCHWINGLICH geworden. Auch ein eigenes Auto ist nicht mehr für jeden erstrebenswert. Die Suche nach einem Parkplatz gestaltet sich zum täglichen Drama und die Innenstädte sind ein einziger Verkehrsstau. Nicht wenige junge Leute ziehen ein Fahrrad vor: Es ist gesünder, schneller und umweltbewusster. 

(C)  Ein hoher Lebensstandard zeigt sich heute eher in der neuesten digitalen Ausstattung. Auch schöne Reisen in die ganze Welt gehören zu den Wünschen der jungen Generation.  Andererseits spricht natürlich nichts gegen einen tollen Urlaub auf einem Boot.

こんばんは！Atsushiです。
このPodcastをはじめの方から聞いてくれている人は知っているかもしれませんが、僕は妻と今年の6月に岡山から北海道へ引っ越してきました。

ですので、北海道の冬は今年がはじめてです。
どれぐらい雪が降るのかわからない不安もありますが、岡山や大阪で雪が降ることはほとんどないので、楽しみでもあります。

そして、とうとう雪が降りました。
今年の冬にちゃんと降ったのははじめてでした。
昼から夜にかけて、降っていました。
気温が低い雪はサラサラしているので、いいですね。
積もると大変だと思いますが。


ぼくの個人的な雪の経験は、鳥取に住んでいた時のことです。たくさん降った経験があるわけではないですが、降る時はどかっと降るので、その時は大変でした。

雪が積もっている時に、クルマを出すのはめっちゃ大変なんです。まず、雪かきをしてからじゃないと出せないんですね。ですので、いつもより早めに家を出て、車のエンジンをかけて、雪かきをしますね。雪かきをしている間に車の中があたたまり、フロントガラスの氷がとけていきます。そして、やっと車を出せるようになります。

雪の積もり方によりますが、多いと30分とかかかってました。寒い中雪をかいていくので、結構大変ですね。

北海道と同じような緯度の国や地域は同じようなことがあるかもしれないですね。

ヨーロッパの国々や中国やアメリカの北部、韓国、ロシア、カナダなどなど。

もしかしたらニュージーランドの冬も同じようになるんですかね。どうなんでしょう。

ということで、今回は雪が降りました！という話から、僕の以前の雪かきの経験の話をしました。
