I have throat ache : घाँटी दुखेको छ [ ghati dhukhe ko cha ] ghati : throad , dhukhe ko : in pain

I am sick : [ m birami chu] birami : sick/ ill
Are you all right ?  [ Aaraam cha ? ] [Sanchai cha ?]
