when two third tones words together,the first one turn into the second tone,for examples:

みなさんにはおふくろの味がありますか？おふくろの味とはお母さんが子供の頃からよく作っていた料理の味のことです。家庭にはそれぞれの味があり、同じ料理でも作り方が違ったり、調味料の量が違ったりすると思います。おふくろは母という意味なのですが、みなさんの中には父の味、祖母の味がある人もいるかもしれません。
日本人は肉じゃが、味噌汁(misoshiru)、卵焼きをおふくろの味として挙げる人が多いそうです。
ちなみに私にはおふくろの味がありません。私の母はよくカレーを作ってくれましたが、毎回味が違ったので、「おふくろの味」にはならないと思います。
私は母が作った料理よりむしろ元彼のお母さんやパートナーのお母さんが作った料理の方が恋しいです。
みなさんにはおふくろの味がありますか？
今度実家に帰ったら、何を食べたいですか？


家庭：かてい　home

Skills training in areas such as project management, problem-solving, and decision-making can empower employees to take ownership of their work and reduce the need for constant supervision.

Furthermore, micromanagement can create a culture of dependency. Upskilling initiatives can foster a growth mindset and encourage employees to seek out new challenges. By providing employees with the tools and knowledge to advance their careers, HR can create a more self-sufficient and engaged workforce.

To effectively address micromanagement through upskilling, HR should conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps within the organization. Tailored training programs can then be developed to address these deficiencies. Additionally, mentoring and coaching opportunities can be provided to support employees as they develop new skills.

By proactively addressing micromanagement through upskilling, HR can create a more positive and productive work environment, improve employee retention, and enhance the overall competitiveness of the organization.
