Everyone likes to be promoted in their respected careers for a better future, but it is not a bed of roses/ a piece of cake as we assume. Because life is a race, only the winner would get rewarded. In my opinion, a person with a positive/optimistic attitude, dedication, determination, devotion, and an enthusiastic mindset achieves leadership qualities to reach targets, which seem tough by others. In that way, the person gains valuable experience and expertise and is likely to be promoted as well.
