When l was at my first year in the university, l was under lots of pressure and felt unhappy almost every day. l pushed myself really hard to get a higher GPA and be more athletic. l wasted a lot of time to regret things l didn't done perfectly and imagine what would happen if l performed better. This way of thinking is pretty toxic and it made me felt awful about myself. (Now l konw its called Perfectionism.) One day l just decided to drop it and never regret things already happened. Of course it was not easy but l kept remind myself and changed my mind by time. After a while, maybe two or three months, wonderful things happened, l performed better both in academic and physical activities. More importantly, l felt more happier than before.
