Hi there! Can anyone explain the difference? “... all morning” “... the whole morning” “... all the morning” Like, for example, “Who had I been waiting ... for?

"... all morning” - correct. “... the whole morning” - correct. “... all the morning” - rare or incorrect. 'all morning' and 'the whole morning' are essentially the same. 'all morning' might be slightly more informal, but the difference is negligible.
