Well, I was born and raised in Ho Chi Minh city which is one of the biggest city in Vietnam currently. So this city is my hometown. I've been living here for about 15 years. As I already mentioned, Ho Chi Minh is the biggest city in Vietnam, and there is so many nice things to talk about. This is a metropolitan city obviously, so you can meet people from many places around the world. It also means that the city is quite packed. The best thing for me personally is that there are countless coffee shops around Ho Chi Minh. And if you are a fan of drink, the signature Egg Coffee can beat you easily. Another thing that I like about my hometown is that our people are very friendly to foreigners. However, the air quality is quite bad. I know that polluted air is quite common in major cities around the world, but still, it's harmful to everyone's health.

Well, I was born and raised in Ho Chi Minh city which is currently one of the biggest city in Vietnam. So this city is my hometown. I've been living here for about 15 years. As I already mentioned, Ho Chi Minh is the biggest city in Vietnam, and there are so many nice things to talk about. This is a metropolitan city obviously, so you can meet people from many places around the world. It also means that the city is quite packed. The best thing for me personally is that there are countless coffee shops around Ho Chi Minh. And if you are a fan of drinks, the signature Egg Coffee can beat you easily (this expression isn't clear. If you want to say 'it is a great drink!' you could say "the signature Egg Coffee is a must--try". If you want to use an expression with the word 'beat' you could say "the signature Egg Coffee can't be beaten' (meaning no other drink is better than the Egg Coffee). Another thing that I like about my hometown is that our people are very friendly to foreigners. However, the air quality is quite bad. I know that polluted air is quite common in major cities around the world, but still, it's harmful to everyone's health.
This is great, and a good conversation, informal tone! Just a few small corrections:)

Well, I was born and raised in Ho Chi Minh City which is one of the biggest cities in Vietnam currently. So this city is my hometown*. And if you are a fan of drink**, the signature Egg Coffee can beat you easily. [<- Consider rephasing this sentence. I'm not sure what you mean by "can beat you easily."] Another thing that I like about my hometown is that our people are very friendly to foreigners. However, the air quality is quite bad. I know that polluted air is quite common in major cities around the world, but still, it's harmful to everyone's health.
Very excellent. * The word "hometown" might be acceptable, but I'm not sure it sounds quite right for a major city. You could just say, "my home," or you might say, "my home city". You might even decide to stick with "hometown." It just sounds a little strange to me, but other English speakers might tell you it is perfectly fine.
