I work in a hotel. Sometimes it is difficult to understand our guests because they have different accents. Almost always, the check-in process is easy, but other times it's not. Sometimes my English is fluent, and sometimes it isn't. I don't know what's happening to my brain; it just stops working (ha ha ha). Well, at least I'm doing my job, and a smile fixes everything, I guess.
