I've been short for time recently so I switched to audiobooks from regular ones. I listen to them while doing something else. The book I'm currently listening to is called "Let them theory".
It talks about how to not fuss if something goes against your plans or irritates you. Essentially, the theory consists of two parts:
1. LET THEM — you're letting other people do whatever they want or circumstances that you cant change unfold the way they go. You're littetally saying inside of your head: "let them"
2. LET ME — you're taking control of your emotions and trying to become more proactive in things you can really control .

Here’s your corrected text with improved grammar and clarity:
I've been short on time recently, so I switched to audiobooks instead of regular ones. I listen to them while doing other things. The book I'm currently listening to is called "Let Them Theory".
It talks about how not to fuss when something goes against your plans or irritates you. Essentially, the theory consists of two parts:
1. LET THEM — You're letting other people do whatever they want or allowing circumstances you can't change to unfold the way they will. You're literally saying inside your head, "Let them."
2. LET ME — You're taking control of your emotions and trying to become more proactive with things you can actually control.
Tip: Pay attention to small prepositions like "short on time" (instead of "short for time") and "instead of" (instead of "from"). Also, try to avoid redundancy: "doing something else" can just be "doing other things." This will make your sentences more concise and natural.
