How to use the Italki coupons right way? Here it's what's happened. Today I wanted to buy an Oxford English Placement Test here on Italki. I've decided to do that because I won some extra credits and a coupon for a disscount for a tests here some time ago. When I bought the test I payed for it and tought that everything is okay and I've tried to log in on the test's website. The problem is that I couldn't do that because of problem on the Oxford test website. I wasn't affraid at first because of that cause I tought that I had a discount so I didn't lost any single dollar from my Italki account. Later I realised that I was wrong. Something get wrong on the website and my discount wasn't counted so as an effect I lost full price for the test which I couldn't realise. I lost 10$ from my Italki account. I wrote to the Italki staff but they replied me that if the transaction was realised it isn't their problem But it is because the discount coupon didn't work and I lost full price for the test instead a part of it only. What should I do now and how to use the coupons right in the future?
