How important do you think it is to have three meals a day? Why?  I think it is definitely important because our body is made from everything that we eat and drink.

I usually have one main meal a day: lunch, tea for breakfast, and a small snack for dinner.

I personally think that frequency of having a meal is only part of good healthy diet. And it should be combined with the amount, quality and variety of food you consume. And of course, one must take into consideration the special, unique features of one's organism. You may eat normal portions 3 times a day. Or you may eat smaller portions 5 times a day. For some people due to certain circumstances 2 times is enough. But as I've mentioned choosing this or that pattern also implies choosing proper amount and certain products for every meal. 

Well, that's it. Just a little bit of my opinion. :)

Two meals a day is enough for me.  Studies have shown that your insulin levels will remain lower.

I think everyone is different when it comes to this.  Most important for me is to get proper nutrition and avoid unhealthy foods and drinks.  I usually have a small breakfast, my biggest meal at lunch and a smaller dinner, but that's just what works for me.
