I shall consider two of the methods which might be more beneficial. According to some people an opportunity to take courses and gain qualifications at school or in universities might give a perfect chance to find better workplace. Needless to say, an employee with richer portfolio has better chance to gain employment. Besides, to my mind, another considerable method to help students being in search for suitable jobs is to offer work experience programs. It is likely that such a method helps potential employees find out whether they have enough knowledge and mental readiness to start their career. It often happens that a person without work experience does not even know what else he ought to study. I am prone to believe that an employee with work experience has every likelihood to start work more smoothly as he is confident and determined. In view of the above arguments, I am inclined to believe that the better method the education system might offer is work experience programs.
