Dear Sir and Madam, My name is Jessica Walter, a regular customer of your supermarket. I am writing this letter to inform you that I had an accident in your supermarket at around 5 PM, yesterday. I would like to give you some details about accident first. Yesterday afternoon I was searching products in the food sections with holding a shopping basket in hand. When I was heading to the end of the corridor I suddenly fell down on the floor and got no idea how the ground was wet and slippery? All the stuffs in the basket dropped and one glass bottle of drinking was even broken so the liquid splashed on the ground and on my cloth as well. I was extremely embarrassed and angry despite some of your shop assistants finally came to “rescue” me. Now you agreed to cover my medial expense for this accident and fortunately the fall was also not too serious. Still I like to offer some advice to prevent any further accident: Please kindly have you people to check sections from time to time to ensure the floor is always dry, or even some area need to be cleaned, please make a big sign to warn your customer to be cautious. Dear Sir and or Madam,
My name is Jessica Walter, a regular customer of your supermarket. I am writing this letter to inform you that I had an accident in your supermarket at around 5 PM, yesterday.

I would like to give you some details about the accident first. Yesterday afternoon I was searching for products in the food sections with whilst holding a shopping basket in hand. When I was heading to the end of the corridor I suddenly slipped and fell down on to the floor and got no idea how the ground , not knowing that the floor was wet and slippery.? All the stuffs items in the basket fell out dropped and one glass bottle of drinking water was even broken so the , splashing liquid splashed on the ground and on my clothes as well. I was extremely embarrassed and angry, despite some of your shop assistants finally came coming to “rescue” me.

Now You have agreed to cover my medical expenses for this accident and fortunately the fall was also not too serious.
