What is a "Cachapa"? The "Cachapa" is a typical Venezuelan dish. It is made with yellow ground corn, milk or water, sugar, salt and oil. All of this ingredients are mixed until form a semi liquid mix, and then it is cooked into a fry pan or a "budare" (a kind of griddle), taking portion of the mix with a ladle. The "Cachapa" can be eaten with fresh cheese, butter, fried pork or many combined ingredients. It has a sweet delicious flavor and It's easy to eat because you can take it everywhere.

That is my favourite dish :) I prefer to eat it with cheese "queso de mano" and fried pork, OMG I want to eat cachapas right now :(
