if you ask this, it seems like you need to study the present (tense) indicative (mood) of the verbs in the 1st conjugation, the ones ending in -are, like parlare, giocare, amare, cantare, suonare, .... Or maybe you did not recognize parlo, parli as verbal voices ? Remember: the Italian language is REDUNDANT, and it (almost always) requires matvching of pronoun with verbal voice, and therefore usually the pronoun may be inferred from the verbal voice (and the contextual mood), and therefore it is usually dropped, this leading to getting rid of redundancy.
