What does "Go dutch" mean? Could someone tell me what it means? Sentence Oh no! I don't have enough money for both of our movie tickets. That's OK, we can GO DUTCH tonight.

It means each person pays for his/her own ticket. Traditionally the man would pay for both tickets, so going Dutch means he just pays for himself and his date pays for herself.

It means to split the bill and each pay half.
