6 episode 3 - My best guess is the painter has a collection of paintings together in a series maybe to tell a story that's what the description sounds like but I wouldn't know for sure out of context. Perse- is a shade of blue, it's an adjective not a verb so I'm not sure if it is a typo. As far as I know persed is not an English word but the painter could be trying to say that the sky is clear blue after a storm.

A google search tells me it is the title of a painting but I have no idea what it means!
