What's the difference between 'primitive', 'original' and 'initial'?

I suspect this is what your translator-dictionary gave you. It's a good idea to take some time to look up the words individually. I suggest www.thefreedictionary.com because it also gives examples.

Primitive think of like early humans and living comparative to today. You might consider third world countries as this. Original- you make it up yourself and no one before you has done it or written it this way. Initial is to start or begin something. Examples: Using their hands to catch food seemed primitive compared to just going to thge market for food. My song was original. The initial interview went well, so I anticipate another in thge future.
