minimal pairs ʊ versus u
Hello I am training my ears, those sounds ʊ as in book and u as in suit are hard for me to distinguish, so I found out a list with minimal pairs. Could you help me pronouncing the list? please at a normal pace, making a little pause between each word, with the same tone, intonation, speed, etc. so I won't have clues, then I will use anki or memrise to create flashcards and test myself. I am more familiar with the american pronunciation, so I prefer the american one but if you are native of other accent and you are willing to help me I will appreciate your effort. You could use
http://vocaroo.com/ to make the recording and post the link here and then I will download it. Thank you so much
