Fix you right / fix you good, what´s the meaning of these two phrases?
( a boy is trying to get someone to give him a lift. so , he hitchhike on the roadside.)

In this situation, "fix you good" means "beat you up."  He's threatening the guy.

Like the other two said, this is a very weird passage. There are many things that are hard to understand, making the context of "fix you good" somewhat fluid. In many situations though "fix you good" (at least in the US) can be used as a term for beating a person up. It's used as a threat, warning a person that they had better leave before the threatening party actually beats the threatened party up. Note, "fix you good" is not grammatical. It's an expression. 
"Fix you right" is not a term I have ever heard before, and we don't use this in the US. ("Fix you right up", on the other hand, is an expression we use. It is much nicer than "fix you good", meaning "we'll get the things needed or do what is needed to make you comfortable.")

Well, given the previous comment is about Italians not liking beards, I think it means they would come back and give him a shave.

It says the story is set in Italy. Presumably the driver is therefore Italian, so although he can speak English, it's likely to be imperfect. I can tell you from the perspective of a native speaker there are other things that are strange about what the driver says, 'fix you good' is just one of them.
