That's very curious, in Spanish we never use the word "pantorilla" and "ternero" as synonyms,
so I guess there is an error in that game, but I haven't heard of that game before so maybe if you saw a version of that game in Spanish it was a translation mistake from a company. Howver, there are others words that you write the same and mean two different things, example: the word "vino" which means wine in english, and "vino" as a verb which you use in cases like: Ella vino a mi casa ayer y la pasamos bien.
