These are all correct. Here's a little detail: When you cooperate you are just going along with it. If the policeman talks to you, you cooperate, you help them if you can. but you don't do anything on your own. In the case of politics it can be a euphemism for "not fighting" The prisoner cooperated with the authorities. The two nations agreed to cooperate on issues. Collaborating means sharing creatively in a group project. It can also mean comparing notes and seeing how each might provide information the other needs. The two artists collaborated on a tile mosaic. The two scientists collaborated with each other, sharing research and practices.

Hey Shin. I am avoiding the dictionary with this response. When you cooperate with someone, you are helping them with something that they are doing. The project usually belongs to the other person and you contribute your knowledge or skills to its success. When you collaborate with someone, you are more of an equal partner, the project belongs to both of you, it is a labor taken on by more than one person towards a common end. "He was very cooperative in my investigation" = He helped me with MY investigation. "He collaborated in the investigation" = There was an investigation carried out by more than one person. peace, Mr Spears.
