Hi Debora! This is a tough question as normally we would need a bit more context... However, the second one (re: "what's one thing you both always agree on?") could be used but at the moment, I am assuming that right now you are trying to solve a conflict (e.g. there are two best friends fighting at school and the teacher asks them to find something they both have in common still). The first one I personally wouldn't use, nor have heard anyone else use but as I said, I don't know the context. If I were to ask if two people share the same opinion, I think I would ask "do you agree with each other?" or "do you both think/believe the same thing?".
