Manual is correct. Menual is not correct. It refers to something done with the hands: "manual labor," or an instruction book: "computer manual." Similar words: Manuel, a man's name, chiefly Hispanic Menial, an adjective meaning insignificant, or requiring little skill. It also is a noun, meaning servant.
