This is a serious topic worth talking about ,because most people aroud us look on their phone wherever and whenever. When we walk outside, everyone do the same move that put their heads down on their their phones. When you get close to them, you usually find them are attracted by a variety of videos from some social media apps. I even saw someone wtached videos while eating hot pot, and picked up tissues as food, then ate it. As for me, I really want to put down my phone and do something interesting, but I can't help myself to open those apps and watch videos one by one until I feel tired and my mind goes blank. Everyone becomes sensitive and lose interest on social. Even though we know that we have some important things to do , we still spend time on watching videos first. We really want to change our life without being controlled by the videos, but we take our phones to the bathroom after opening our eyes in every morning. We feel sad and don't know what our lives will be changed due to apps. So, the must-have apps are really must-have? They may be mustn't- have apps. How about you? my friends.

Very good but there are places you need to use the gerund instead of the past form. I also wrote (?) at two sentences because I'm not sure what you mean. If you can explain, maybe I can offer suggestions. Also, no spaces before commas.

I even saw someone who was watching videos while eating hot pot, and picked up a serviette instead of food and ate it. I really want to put down my phone and do something interesting, but I can't help myself from opening those apps and watching videos one after another until I feel tired and my mind goes blank.
