During my long journey of learning new languages I've acquired a lot of knowledge in learning methodologies, and the most important thing I've learned is that you can only learn a new language efficiently by using it in conversation, that's why my lessons are focused on this aspect of the language and even if you are a total beginner I'm going to teach you how to communicate from the very first lesson.

CELTA certification acquired in December 2020. My experience started in 2018 in Peru where I taught English in two language schools for a year. In the meantime I applied to be a community tutor here at Italki where I have been teaching not only English but also Portuguese and Spanish. My passion for teaching only grew with the time so I took a CELTA certificate in the end of 2020 and this experience provided me with a solid base and opened the way in many aspects of my career.

Over the years, in my university experience, I had the chance to teach Portuguese to colleagues from several countries, such as United States, Mexico, Spain, Lithuania and El Salvador. All of them had an impressive progress on their Portuguese skills, as well as expanded their knowledge about Brazilian culture. I also have experience teaching Biology at a pre-college course.
