Today, Jawaid saheb and I reviewed some materials talking about the environment and pollution. My lessons with Jawaid are always very engaging. We begin with some casual conversation to warm up, then delve into some homework exercises, followed by a discussion around the vocabulary used in the homework exercises. I find it to be a very useful lesson structure that helps to reinforce the vocabulary that I’m learning.

Jawaid and I worked through some homework that I had prepared using some new business-focused vocabulary and we concluded with some reading exercises. It was a great class per usual.

Jawaid saheb and I had a great conversation about his professional career today and we also completed a reading exercise that discussed Muhammad Ali Jinnah.

Jawaid saheb and I worked through a few of the reading exercises in a book that he shared with me. The content is at a good level for me and it's also helpful to increasing my cultural literacy.

Today, Jawaid saheb and I discussed wedding traditions in Pakistan using some new vocabulary he shared with me. It was a great opportunity to share cultural traditions and discuss similarities and differences. I really enjoyed our lesson and look forward to tomorrow's lesson.
