Hello, my name is Valeria. I am fluent in Russian, my native language, and English, which I mastered to an advanced level. I love traveling, meeting new people, and learning about diverse cultures and traditions. I also enjoy reading books and watching series and movies, so I’m confident we’ll have plenty of shared interests to make our lessons enjoyable and engaging.

I’m not a professional teacher, but I learned English on my own, so I truly understand the exciting yet challenging journey of mastering a new language. I’ll be happy to share my favorite study techniques and support you every step of the way. My teaching approach focuses on constant practice, as I believe speaking is the best way to learn. What a fun first lesson! Valeria is super relaxed and she lets me talk without interrupting - but then she also offers very helpful ways to improve my Russian after I finish my thought. This is how I like to be taught - she’s got a natural talent for it! :)
