My career in teaching started in 2011 when I joined Teach for America. I spent the next six years teaching high school social studies until I made the switch to teach English online with VIPkid and then live abroad. With my lessons you will benefit from having not only conversations, but also learning more about political and current events. I very much enjoy political and historical conversations where appropriate as this also allows us to exchange information about each other's cultures.Mis clases y método de enseñanza
You will find that in my lessons I focus a lot on helping you to learn new vocabulary. I find that continuing to improve one's vocabulary prepares them for the best success whether it be academic, business or even just to travel. I also enjoy assigning short readings as this provides content that we can discuss during our lessons. Content is chosen based on the interests of the student :-)Mi material didáctico
