I am Kelly Cho, a native Korean with a positive attitude and a passion for helping you learn Korean. I grew up and live in Gyeonggi-do near Seoul, so I speak standard Korean. I have a master’s degree in teaching Korean as a second language. Before I became a Korean teacher, I worked for a company for a few years, so I can help you with business Korean as well. I studied English in the State for a year, and I learned Spanish for my travels to South America and Spain. So, I understand all the challenges that come with learning a second language. I’ve been teaching for over 10 years(more than 5000 hours) in university from beginners to advanced. I am also tutoring students, businessman, English teachers as well. So I can help you improve your Korean at any level and in any area(speaking, grammar, pronunciation, etc) including preparing for the TOPIK test. I requested the lesson the night before (leaving only about 12 hours for her to plan the lesson) but she still was able to prepare a presentation relevant to my specific situation! I found the class very helpful as the teacher made sure to provide feedback on my word-choice/pronunciation on top of answering any questions I have. Highly recommend this teacher!
