I live in the UK but I lived in Japan for 10 years.
I am a tutor and I offer English lessons from beginner to advanced to people from anywhere.

I'm a fun, relaxed teacher so don't worry about anything 😀
I have an MA in English with TEFL, a CELTA and I also hold an N2 qualification in Japanese.
I have 10+ years' experience teaching in class and online.
I have taught grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, listening, and speaking (including pronunciation) to students all over the world.
I want you to talk more than me, so I will always encourage you to speak as much as you can. Don't be afraid to make mistakes, the more mistakes the better.
I can also teach basic to intermediate Japanese. This can be taught either in English or in straight Japanese for a more immersive experience!Mis clases y método de enseñanza

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY
Please notify me 12 hours before the lesson time to cancel/reschedule.
If a student is late or absent , I will wait for only half of the lesson time to pass: (With or without notification) 30-min class (15 mins max) 45-min class (23 mins max) 60-min class (30 mins max)
After half of the lesson goes by, I will leave the communication tool and charge the full price of the class. If you book a class you have automatically agreed to my terms.Mi material didáctico

I can tell my Japanese is improving with practice and Gez pushes for more complex sentences at a rate which is achievable. He also provides lots of context and alternative options, explaining grammar well.
