Arieh is an exceptional Hebrew language teacher! After a year of learning with him, I can confidently say my Hebrew skills have improved tremendously. Arieh has a remarkable ability to teach vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation in a clear and engaging way. He always provides practical examples of how words are commonly used, making lessons both relevant and enjoyable. His patience and kindness create a supportive learning environment where I feel encouraged to ask questions and practice freely. I've come to the end of a 15 class package with Arieh and I've booked another. Arieh is very patient with my style of language learning. In our classes he lets me talk out the connections I see (and corrects me if I'm wrong), but also shares additional etymology of words and phrases. Working with someone who has a curiosity and knowledge of the etymology adds a lot of enrichment and helps me make connections and memorize new words. I also find the classes go at a pace that works for me, I don't feel overwhelmed or overburdened by grammar or language information - but slowly, I am building up my vocabulary, understanding of Hebrew grammar, and am able to string some words together to form sentences. This is a great foundation to start playing around with having small conversations in Hebrew. Language learning requires a lot of inputs, and Arieh has been a great investment on my Hebrew learning path!
