Jenni Maria

Before the classes with Jenni, I was afraid to speak Finnish. But Jenni’s smile and her positive attitude helped me not to be afraid and to practice Finnish. Every lesson she makes very useful notes that help me a lot. We have been studying together for almost a year, and I am happy that I met her. I can strongly recommend Jenni as a great teacher. My main task was to start speaking Finnish. I was so afraid to speak because of the language barrier and besides I had quite a narrow vocabulary. I was very nervous during my first lesson with Jenni, but she was super attentive, smiley, good-looking, smart and patient. Every lesson we touched different themes, so my vocabulary began to widen and my language barrier broke. I would like to mention that we had a very friendly vibe during our online sessions and I liked it a lot. No dominance, no pressure, no depreciation. Only respect, understanding and total support. I appreciate much how she was continuously trying to plant a seed of puhekieli in my head, because it is very important in everyday life. In the beginning I refused to pay attention to it, but then I got used to it. This soft transition was a surprise for me, but it's 100% Jenni's credit. Kiitos kovasti, Jenni!
