Great lesson with Ziyu! We talked about our own personal experiences with natural disasters like earthquakes and hurricanes. We also talked about the different farming of rice, wheat and corn - and how it's different in China and the West. Ziyu has knowledge on a variety of topics, so her lessons are always interesting!

Great lesson with Ziyu! Ziyu asked about my week and I described a situation where my electricity went out. We talked about knowing our neighbors and old people moving into the retirement home. We also talked about growing vegetables and storing them for winter. Ziyu is patient when I speak slowly or struggle to find the right word!

Such a joy to chat with and improve my Chinese! Highly recommend!

Great lesson with Ziyu! We talked about different types of things that people from different places drink (types of tea, sparkling water, etc). We also talked about watching the news on tv used to be...and about sports betting. It was a fun and interesting conversation with Ziyu!
