Hi, my name's Jonny! I'm a CELTA qualified English teacher who has been teaching both online and face-to-face for over 5 years.
Classes I offer:
- Custom classes
- IELTS exam preparation (general and academic)
- Cambridge First B2 (FCE) exam preparation
- Conversation Classes
At the end of the lesson I provide my students with a personalised PDF containing all the notes from their lesson. More detailed information is available under the 'My lessons & teaching style tab'.

Yo como profesor
I like to provide fun and entertaining lessons which are customised for each student. I combine my own materials with textbooks and other sources to keep students engaged. As a language learner myself I'm very aware of the challenges facing my students and always keep that in mind.
Since completing my CELTA certificate 4 years ago I have been tutoring teenage and adult students in Spain. I've helped Spanish high school students pass their high school degree and prepared adult learners to achieve qualifications in English for work and study purposes, such as IELTS and Cambridge exams.Mis clases y método de enseñanza
👉Custom Classes: These classes are always designed around specific topics and are customised to each students specific needs.
👉IELTS Exam Preparation Classes:
Short term: Learn exam technique to help maximise your bandscore based on your current English level.
Long term: Identify areas for improvement with a particular focus on Speaking and Writing (including frequent and detailed essay practice and feedback).
👉Cambridge B2 First (FCE) Exam Preparation:
Short term: We’ll focus on understanding the exam and how to navigate it successfully.
Long term: We will follow a B2-specific program of grammar and vocabulary to move from a B1 to a confident B2 student
