I have learned with Fanny weekly for two years now and it’s something I look forward to! She is very patient and makes me feel at ease when I try describing new things or attempt new sentence structure. She has much knowledge of English and Chinese grammar and can easily explain the difference in usage (if that’s what you’re into!). Fanny is able to converse easily about a variety of topics and has helped me immensely learning Chinese!

I have been studying with Fanny for the past 4 years and I can't stress enough how good of a teacher she is. She not only corrects me and teaches me new vocabulary, but she also makes sure of using a language level that fits mine perfectly and that makes me feel like I am improving at every class!

I have been learning Chinese with Fanny for about a year and I must say she's an excellent teacher. Always very kind and accommodating. Her teaching style is practical and flexible: She endeavors to engage you in conversation on topics that spontaneously arise during class, using that as an opportunity to introduce you to different grammar points and vocabularies. All that while using Mandarin, occasionally English. You may stop her at anytime to ask her for clarification on anything you are unclear or unsure about. If you want, a more defined teaching program can be established. Personally, I prefer to let the class follow its own course. I totally recommend her.
