Hello, my name is Alfredo, and I have been living in Madrid, Spain, for the past 3 years. I am originally from Caracas, Venezuela, and my native language is Spanish. I have been learning English for more than 15 years, and I can use it to explain Spanish and its grammar to you if necessary. I also lived in the United States for over 6 months, which allowed me to reach a native level in English. I like to talk about any topic, so don't worry. I have always been interested in languages; studying and learning several has given me the ability to better understand students because I am one. At the moment, I am learning Dutch/Flemish. I hold an official certificate in teaching Spanish as a foreign language and would like to help anyone looking to learn Spanish; from beginners to those looking to perfect their level in the language. I’ve had two conversations with him now. He has been great about correcting my grammatical mistakes in a firm polite professional manner. He’s also a good conversationalist even with an introverted person like myself. I will be signing up for more conversations in the future.

Learning with Alfredo is very easy and a lot of fun!
He maintains an interesting conversation while correcting and teaching in a way that doesn't "break" the flow of the conversation!!!

He is very patient, and balances perfectly the conversation level so that I'll understand it while learning the language.

I really enjoyed my first lesson with Alfredo. He was easy to talk to and explained the vocabulary very well. His knowledge of other languages is very helpful. I also like the idea of reading an article before the next lesson.
